1. About these terms

This website is operated by Hekaya ("Hekaya", "we", "us", "our"), based in the United Arab Emirates. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when ordering, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and colours

We try to show our products and colours as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product descriptions, sizes and availability may change without notice.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

If we make a pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example because of stock availability, a pricing error or suspected fraud. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and countries are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Hekaya name, logo, photography, text and designs, belongs to Hekaya or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hekaya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
